Acceptance
All orders placed by the Buyer whether in
writing, verbally or by any other means
shall be deemed to constitute an offer by
the Buyer to enter into a contract on these
conditions. The acceptance of this offer
shall be by Vantage Pointe Group fulfilling
the order.
• Payment
One-half of the sales price is due upon
placing an order and the remaining half
is due when goods are shipped from the UK.
Shipping and handling costs from the U.S.
port to the Buyer are due from the Buyer
prior to delivery of goods. All prices are
U.S. dollars.
• Returns Procedure
Vantage Pointe Group insures all orders
against transport/shipping damage. Upon
delivery, Buyer should inspect all products.
If a delivered product is found to be damaged,
the Buyer should immediately notify and
file a claim with the independent carrier
in writing. Buyer should also contact Vantage
Pointe Group so that we can assure your
satisfaction and arrange for a replacement
or new parts, as warranted.
• Delivery
In the event the items you want are not
in stock, please allow 4 to 8 weeks for
manufacturing and delivery to the U.S. Quoted
prices are for U.S. delivery only. Delivery
is by independent carrier during normal
working hours. Timed deliveries and Saturday
deliveries can be arranged at extra cost.
Vantage Pointe Group cannot be held responsible
for delays in delivery due to unforeseen
circumstances such as inclement weather,
industrial disputes etc. or acts of third
parties.
• Applicable Law/Courts of Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance
of any contract to which these conditions
apply shall be governed by the State of
Colorado.
• These terms and conditions do not
affect your statutory rights.
